Mix the semolina with the rice drink or the Cereals and Soy drink and add the raisins. Bring slowly to the boil while stirring with a wooden spoon. Let it boil for a few minutes on a low flame until the semolina is done. Remove from the fire, add Pralima and sea salt and mix thoroughly. Sweeten with Si'doux according to your own taste. Pour in dessert bowls and garnish with a grilled hazelnut. Serve cold. Before serving, sprinkle with a small quantity of grated bitter chocolate to enhance the flavour of the hazelnut.
