The bechamel sauce:
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil, add the wheat flour, mix carefully and add the Soya Drink, the Oat Drink or the Cereals & Soy drink as well as a pinch of sea salt, the pepper and the nutmeg. Bring to the boil while stirring.
The tomato sauce :
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil, add the seitan and the finely chopped onion and let them simmer. Season with pesto, sea salt and herbs of your choice. Add the passata and allow the mixture to simmer over a low heat.
Finish:
Cook the Kamut® penne and preheat the oven. Grease an oven-proof dish, put half of the penne in it, pour the tomato sauce over the penne. Then put the rest of the penne in the dish and cover it with the bechamel sauce. Sprinkle with gomasio and put it in the oven at 180°C during 15 minutes.
