Kasha can be used cooked as a side dish or as such to add taste and a crunchy touch to your muesli.
Take 50g of kasha per person. Bring 2 volumes of water to the boil, add a pinch of sea salt and 1 volume of well-rinsed kasha. Let the kasha simmer for 12 minutes with the lid on the cooking pot. Season to your taste with fresh parsley, savory, sage, garlic, a dash of soya sauce,..
