Long-grain rice is produced everywhere in the world. The Lima rice is grown in the rich and fertile soil of the Italian Po valley, humid and sunny at the same time. It owes its success largely to its non-stick, soft texture.

Thanks to an exclusive steaming process, the boiling time of this rice can be reduced while maintaining all its nutritional and organoleptic qualities.
Lima rice is packed in specially designed, microperforated, two serving bags of 125g. Just boil the bag in sufficient water. After boiling, remove the bag from
the pan, by using a fork or other tool. Leave to drip for a few seconds and open the bag from the perforated incision on the side.
