Millet cream with apricots

1 cup of dried apricots, which have been left to soak in 2 cups of water overnight
1 cup of boiled millet
2 tablespoons of peeled almonds

Description |
Blend the apricots with the water in which they were left to soak and the millet. Pour the mixture into small bowls. Roast the almonds until they are dry and use them to garnish the cream.
