Rice Drink Hazelnut-Almond ice cream

750ml vegetable cream
3 egg yolks (optional, makes the texture more creamy)
150g rice syrup (Si'Doux) or hazelnut paste (Pralima)
1l of rice drink hazelnut-almond

Description |
Warm the cream. Beat the egg yolks with the rice syrup. Pour the warm cream in the egg-syrup mixture and add the Rice drink Hazelnut-Almond. Mix well and let it cool down. Pour the mixture in a bowl and put it in the freezer. Stir the mixture every hour. Repeat this 4 times to obtain a creamy mixture.
