Sauce with caramelised tamari for vegetables and grains

2 tablespoons of tamari (soy sauce)
1 tablespoon of olive or sunflower oil
1 tablespoon of wheat or barley flour

Description |
Fry the tamari gently in oil until it caramelises. Remove from the source of heat and let it cool down. Add 1/4 litre of water and flour and let it thicken. Add a little water if the sauce is too thick.
