Hot drink made with roasted cereals and 15% cacao.
<Instant> coffee substitutes are obtained on the basis of a concentrated grain coffee, which is put is a series of coffee machines through which very hot water is poured. This extract is pulverised and dehydrated. The pulverisation takes place in a hot air tower dryer, where all humidity evaporates immediately.
The temperature in the dryer is regulated in such a way that the temperature does not exceed 80°C. The result is an instant powder with a delicious flavour.
