Ingredients

  • 1 large sweet patato
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp TAHIN WITH SEA SALT
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp (hot) paprika powder
  • the juice of ½ lemon

Preparation

  1. Pierce the (unpeeled) sweet potato several times with a fork. Boil the potato for around 20 min, or until it is soft. Allow to cool and peel the skin from the potato.

  2. Place the potato in a bowl, together with the clove of garlic, tahin and olive oil. Finely blend with a stick blender (or in a food processor) and then add the lemon juice and paprika powder. Season well with salt and pepper.
