  1. Cut the tofu into slices about 1cm thick.

  2. Pour over with the Smoked Shoyu and let marinate for 5 minutes.

  3. Mix the flour and water into a paste.

  4. Pass the tofu pieces first through the porridge and then through the breadcrumbs so that they are wrapped all around.

  5. Melt the coconut oil over medium heat in a small saucepan. Make sure the oil level is high enough to deep fry the nuggets.

  6. Fry the nuggets in batches of 2 until golden brown on both sides and drain on a paper towel.

  7. Sprinkle the nuggets with a pinch of salt and serve with a bowl of Tamari Vinaigrette Smoked
