Apples stuffed with tempeh, vegetable fries & chestnut

Ingredients

  • 4 apples (gala type)
  • 200g
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of DRINKING VINEGAR APPLE
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 zucchinis, cut into french fries
  • 1 sweet potato, cut into fries
  • 1 jar of chestnuts

Preparation

  1. Cut off the "hat" and hollow out the apples gently, taking care to leave some flesh. Place the apples in a gratin dish.

  2. In the bowl of a blender, mix the chopped tempeh, peeled onion and garlic. Moisten with vinegar.

  3. Garnish each apple with the tempeh stuffing, then close by replacing the caps. Add the vegetables and chestnuts to the dish. Brush with olive oil and bake at 180°C/th.6 for about 20 minutes, or until the apples are melting and the fries are golden brown.
