Ingredients

  • 2 sweet patatoes
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp
  • 2 tbsp
  • The juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh dill weed
  • pepper and salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 210°C. Rinse the sweet potatoes thoroughly and cut into fries without peeling. Place the fries in an oven dish and pour 1 tbsp. of oil over them. Make sure all of the fries are well covered with oil. Season with salt and pepper and put in the oven for 10min.

  2. Meanwhile, cut 2 thick slices of 1.5cm from the cauliflower. The best way to do this is to first cut your cauliflower in half and then cut off 1.5cm from each piece.

  3. Heat 1 tbsp. of oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, fry the cauliflower pieces on each side for about 3 minutes. Immediately after turning the cauliflower, pour the spelt cuisine over it. This will make it a little softer on the inside.

  4. 2 minutes before removing from heat, sprinkle the 100% Yuzu over the cauliflower steaks. Once you've done that, do not turn the cauliflower steaks. Otherwise you risk burning the Yuzu.

  5. Place the cauliflower steaks on a plate. Remove the sweet potato chips from the oven and place them alongside the steaks. Squeeze the lemon over the cauliflower steaks. Finish off with salt and pepper and the fresh dill. So tasty!
