Ingredients

  • 50 ml SOYA DRINK NATURAL
  • 100 - 150 ml sunflower oil
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 zest of half a lime
  • 1 tbsp
  • 1 fresh red chilli pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. • Place the plant-based milk, the lime juice, the zest, ginger paste and chilli pepper in a tall cup and mix with a hand blender. As you mix, add in the oil bit by bit, until the mayonnaise has the desired consistency.

  2. Season with salt and mix again until the flavours are right.
