Ingredients
- 50 ml SOYA DRINK NATURAL
- 100 - 150 ml sunflower oil
- 1/2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 zest of half a lime
- 1 tbsp
- 1 fresh red chilli pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
• Place the plant-based milk, the lime juice, the zest, ginger paste and chilli pepper in a tall cup and mix with a hand blender. As you mix, add in the oil bit by bit, until the mayonnaise has the desired consistency.
Season with salt and mix again until the flavours are right.
