  1. Mix the rice semolina and the Oat drink vanilla and add the raisins. Bring slowly to the boil stirring with a wooden spoon and let cook for a few moments on a low heat, until the semolina is very tender.

  2. Off the heat, add the hazelnut purée and the sea salt, mix carefully, then sweeten to taste with the Rice Syrup.

  3. Pour into dessert cups and decorate with a roasted hazelnut. Serve chilled.
