Rinse the rice in the kettle of the rice cooker, add water, and resolve the Umami into the water.
Remove the root clusters of mushroom, cut the mushroom & vegetables into thin strips.
Add 2 into the kettle of 1, and add a pinch of salt.
Cook the rice according to the indication of a cooker.
Once cooked, add sesame oil evenly from the edge and mix well.
Serve onto a bowl and add some roasted sesame as a topping.
