Ingredients
- 500 ml SOJA CUISINE
- 40 g RICE SYRUP
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1 tsp RICE MISO, UNPASTEURIZED 25% SALT-REDUCED
- KUZU (STARCH)
Preparation
Place all of the ingredients, except for the kuzu, into a tall cup and blend until smooth.
If you want a thicker sauce : Pour ¾ into a sauce pan and let it boil. Let the kuzu dissolve into the rest of the sauce. Once the sauce in the pan has reached a boil, turn down the heat and add the kuzu mixture. Let it reduce until it has the desired consistency.
