TOFU DIP WITH RAW VEGETABLES

Place the silken tofu in a kitchen aid and add the soy beans and the garlic. Mix briefly.
Set aside a few leaves of cilantro for garnishing and add the rest to the kitchen aid, together with the Umami Pepper Paste and a pinch of Sea Salt. Mix again briefly and sprinkle with some lime juice for a fresh note.
Place the dip in a bowl, garnish with a few leaves of cilantro and serve as a dipping sauce with raw vegetables of choice (cucumber, radishes ...) or Rice Cakes Rice 100%.
