Ingredients
- 800g of silky tofu
- 400ml of coconut milk
- 200g RICE SYRUP
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla powder
- 1 tablespoon of SPICE 100% YUZU and a little more for the decoration
- 4g AGAR AGAR (BAGS)
- grated coconut for decoration
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together, pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. Pour into a log or cake tin, possibly lined with cling film.
Leave to cool at room temperature then place in the fridge for 4 hours. Turn out on a large dish and cover with grated coconut and Yuzu Spice.
