Ingredients

  • 800g of silky tofu
  • 400ml of coconut milk
  • 200g RICE SYRUP
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla powder
  • 1 tablespoon of SPICE 100% YUZU and a little more for the decoration
  • 4g AGAR AGAR (BAGS)
  • grated coconut for decoration

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together, pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil.

  2. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. Pour into a log or cake tin, possibly lined with cling film.

  3. Leave to cool at room temperature then place in the fridge for 4 hours. Turn out on a large dish and cover with grated coconut and Yuzu Spice.
