It is made from roasted grains (barley and rye), with chicory and acorns. Because the grains are roasted at a low temperature, Yannoh has a very subtle taste. This delicious cereal drink is 100% organic and definitely worth a try! Yannoh® Instant is gluten free, because the gluten are extracted during the production process.
