The Instant White Shiro Miso Soup combines superior taste and convenience. Miso is a fermented soybean paste, which originated in East Asia more than 1300 years ago and has since been celebrated for its rich flavour. Shiro miso is a white, naturally fermented miso with a typical delicate, sweet salty taste that results form a combination of soy and rice and a short fermentation process of only 7 days.

Simply pour the contents of one sachet into a cup, add simmering water, stir and enjoy a delicious cup of soup.
