Lima's Brown Rice Miso is a paste made from peeled soybeans and whole rice and fermented for at least 3 months. This unpasteurized miso paste is appreciated for its distinct flavor as well as its richness in digestive enzymes and valuable nutrients.

Miso is used like a bouillon cube in all kinds of dishes to enhance their taste: in soups, sauces, bread spreads, vegetable dishes, vinaigrettes, etc. It is sufficient to mix a small quantity with your dish to enjoy its umami flavour.
