- 2 cucumbers
- 1 daikon
- a handful of rocket salad
- INGREDIENTS FOR THE DRESSING :
- 2 tbsp TAMARI 50% LESS SALT
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp GENMAI-SU (RICE VINEGAR) 4.3°
- 1 tbsp RICE SYRUP
- 1/4 tsp
Preparation
Cut the cucumber into strands using a spiralizer. Cut long ribbons from the daikon root using a peeler. Mix the vegetables in a large bowl with a handful of rocket salad.
Mix the Tamari Less Salt, mirin, Genmai-Su, Rice syrup and Yuzu Pepper paste.
Serve the salad with the vinaigrette.
Tip: add some sunflower oil to the vinaigrette.
