  1. Cut the cucumber into strands using a spiralizer. Cut long ribbons from the daikon root using a peeler. Mix the vegetables in a large bowl with a handful of rocket salad.

  2. Mix the Tamari Less Salt, mirin, Genmai-Su, Rice syrup and Yuzu Pepper paste.

  3. Serve the salad with the vinaigrette.

    Tip: add some sunflower oil to the vinaigrette.
