Ingredients
- **Ingredients for the preparation:**
- 500 g tofu
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp. of fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp. of RICE SYRUP
- 80 ml of SHOYU MILD (REFINED TASTE)
- 150 g of sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp. of KUZU (STARCH)

- 200 g of thick plain yoghurt
- 2 tbsp. of SHOYU GINGER THAI (WOK & GRILLADES)
- 2 tbsp. of lime juice
- 2 tbsp. of fresh coriander
Preparation
Rince the tofu and cut it into 2.5 cm cubes. Place these cubes in a shallow dish, add the 2 crushed garlic gloves pilées, the grated fresh ginger, the Si'doux rice syrup and the Shoyu. Cover and place in the refrigerator for approximately 1 hour.
In a terrine, mix the sesame seeds, the starch and the wholemeal flour. Add the tofu cubes after having carefully drained them. Ensure that the cubes are well coated with the sesame mixture.
Fry the tofu cubes in a fryer, in small quantities, until they are golden brown. Drain on paper towel.
Sauce:
Mix all of the ingredients together well.Tip:
These bites are also excellent as an appetiser. The sauce is no longer necessary in that case.
