- 375 g tofu
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 250 g Paris mushrooms
- 2 sliced courgettes
- 1 yellow pepper
- **Ingredients for the marinade:**
- 1 tbsp. SHOYU MILD (REFINED TASTE)
- 1 tbsp. of chopped fresh mint
- 1 tbsp. of sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. GENMAI-SU (RICE VINEGAR) 4.3°
- 1 tbsp. RICE SYRUP
Preparation
On long skewers, thread the Tofu cut into cubes, the cherry tomatoes, the Paris mushrooms, the thin slices of courgette and the pieces of yellow pepper.
Brush your skewers with marinade and cook them on a preheated grill or barbecue, regularly basting with marinade.
