Couscous tart with apple juice

Ingredients

  • 1 large cup of
  • 3 large cups of apple juice
  • 1 handful of raisins
  • 1 tbsp. of chopped almonds
  • 1 tbsp. of olive oil
  • YANNOH® INSTANT

Preparation

  1. Fry the raisins in the oil. Add the couscous semolina and the apple juice, then bring slowly to the boil while mixing carefully.

  2. Reduce the heat and leave to cook slowly, until the semolina grains are very tender. Add the almonds. Rinse a mould with cold water and pour the mixture into it pressing it down well. Leave to cool, then remove from the mould and serve on a bed of plain or Yannoh flavoured Soya Dessert.

  3. Decorate with fresh mint leaves and a few slices of apple.
