Ingredients
- 2 x leek whites
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 t garlic clove
- 1 l OAT DRINK NATURAL
- 2 large potatoes
- Thyme or parsley
- A dash of olive oil
- A pinch of SEA SALT FINE ATLANTIC
- A touch of pepper
Preparation
Cut the leek whites, the celery and the garlic into coarse strips. Fry all of these ingredients in a pan with a little olive oil.
Dd the peeled and chopped potatoes, the Oat drink natural and the thyme.
Leave to cook for 25 minutes on a low heat. Mix and season to taste before serving.
