Ingredients
- 4 pieces of WAKAME (Undaria pinnatifida)
- 2 cucumbers
- 1/2 dl of GENMAI-SU (RICE VINEGAR) 4.3°
- A pinch of SEA SALT FINE ATLANTIC
Preparation
Soak 4 pieces of wakame for a few minutes in cold water, then cook for 10 minutes in the their soaking water. Thinly slice 2 cucumbers.
Add the wakame to the cucumbers as well as the rice vinegar and a pinch of sea salt. Mix carefully and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
