  1. Soak 4 pieces of wakame for a few minutes in cold water, then cook for 10 minutes in the their soaking water. Thinly slice 2 cucumbers.

  2. Add the wakame to the cucumbers as well as the rice vinegar and a pinch of sea salt. Mix carefully and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
