Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp. TAHIN
  • 1 tsp. of finely chopped UMEBOSHI PLUMS
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp. SHOYU 28% LESS SALT
  • ½ kop cup of water or cooking liquide from the chickpeas
  • 1 handful coriander

Preparation

  1. Use well cooked and very tender chickpeas. Put them through a sieve.

  2. Add the Tahini, Umeboshi, and perhaps a small crushed garlic clove and a little soy sauce and mix well.

  3. Add a little cooking liquid from the chickpeas until a smooth paste is obtained. Finish with some coriander.
