Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas
- 1 tbsp. TAHIN
- 1 tsp. of finely chopped UMEBOSHI PLUMS
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp. SHOYU 28% LESS SALT
- ½ kop cup of water or cooking liquide from the chickpeas
- 1 handful coriander
Preparation
Use well cooked and very tender chickpeas. Put them through a sieve.
Add the Tahini, Umeboshi, and perhaps a small crushed garlic clove and a little soy sauce and mix well.
Add a little cooking liquid from the chickpeas until a smooth paste is obtained. Finish with some coriander.
