  1. Cook the onions and the mushrooms in a little sesame oil, add the shoyu. Cut seitan and tofu into small cubes cook it with them with the vegetables.

  2. Thicken with the Oat drink natural in which you will have diluted the Kuzu beforehand and leave to thicken for a few minutes. Add the nutmeg and season as necessary.

  3. Fill vols-au-vent or ramekins and place in the oven for 30 minutes.
