  1. Cook the noodles as directed on the package. Drain and rinse under ice-cold water for about two minutes. Let them drain.

  2. If necessary, shortly fry the peanuts in a fat-free pan and chop them.

  3. Cut the spring onion into fine rings and half the cucumber into small cubes.

  4. Cut the remaining cucumber into strings with a vegetable peeler.

  5. Mix the sesame sauce with the noodles and serve with the peanuts, spring onions, cucumber and coriander.
